Last year Emma received the gift of life and a second chance at life when she received a heart transplant. I am always reminded of how precious life is when I am with her.
Emma came to visit me this time because she has a beautiful heirloom dress that they wanted to capture pictures. The dress is so perfect for her dainty personality. I can’t wait to watch Emma grow and see the amazing things she accomplishes!
