It has been a wonderful and fun summer. My boys and I have had so many wonderful adventures. But one adventure I haven’t had much of is adventures in blogging. There is only so much I can do in one day and I am okay with that. So now that our summer fun has slowed down a bit I am going to do my best to get caught up with blogging. And there is no better way to start than Emmy!
I’ve been taking pictures of Emmy’s family for a long time, even before she came along. And before many people knew Emmy was on her way she was scheduled for her newborn session and her Mom, Stephanie, was dreamily planning her pictures. Because of all of her Mom’s planning and a very cooperative Emmy, her pictures tuned out like a dream. We even threw a dog into the mix and it still went off without a hitch. We joked that Stephanie had given Emmy and Bowser a pep talk before the session to make sure they behaved. Whatever they did worked like a charm because we hardly heard a peep out of either of them.
I might be hard to believe, but I can hardly wait until Halloween. Stephanie does the best Halloween costumes of anyone I know, and Emmy’s first Halloween is sure to be over the top, and I can’t wait!
