Friday Favorites |

Today I am starting a new series called Friday Favorites.  I will be an opportunity for me to share some of my favorite things with you. From baby items, to vacation must haves or my favorite chocolate chip cookie recipe – it will be a place to share with you the things that I love. Tried and true things that help take the guess work out trying something new.

Since I have a new baby it is only fitting that our first installment of Friday Favorites be a newborn must have edition.

#1 | The Solly Baby Wrap

I tried baby wearing with my first 2 boys, but it never really worked out for me. The wraps and carriers were bulky and uncomfortable. After hearing a lot of buzz about the Solly Baby Wrap while I was pregnant with Jackson I decided to give it a try. We love this wrap and use it everyday! Hands down, this is the best baby wearing item I have ever used! The wrap is light weight and comfy, and it comes in amazing colors. If you are worried about your wrapping skills their website has wonderful videos that are easy to follow and take the fear out of putting the wrap on. Check them out HERE!

#2 | Covered Goods nursing cover

I am all about breast feeding, and sometimes I also want to be discreet when I’m nursing. This wonderful nursing cover provides all over coverage. It has incredible stretch to make it easy to use in different positions. My first 2 boys hated nursing covers because they fell onto their faces, that is not a problem with this cover. It can also be used as a carseat cover and grocery cart cover, boom! Check them out HERE!

#3| Aden + Anais Burp Cloths

Our boys are spitters. Somedays we can go thru 10 burp cloths in one day. These burp cloths are wonderful because they are the perfect size and extremely absorbent. And an added bonus is that you can snap the ends together and it turns into a bib. Check them out HERE!

#4 | Woombie

I use to think that these were absolutely crazy, like a baby straight jacket! Until I had a baby who needed to be swaddled. These are wonderful and a complete lifesaver! Check them out HERE!

#5 | Rock n’ Play Sleeper

With Jackson sleeping close by our bed for the first few months we need a great bed that doesn’t take up too much space. The bed has been the perfect size, great include to help with reflux and he loves when it rocks. We have taken it on several trips this summer. It folds up flat making it easy to take along with us. Check it out HERE!
