Last week I ventured to the pumpkin patch with Logan’s preschool class. I love that I have a flexible enough schedule that I can go on field trips. It really is such a treat to see him with his school friends. He was so excited to go with his friends to the pumpkin patch.
We had such a wonderful time at Dr. Mazes Pumpkin Patch. It was the perfect place to let a bunch of preschoolers run crazy!
Logan sat so patiently while Farmer Nancy talked about growing pumpkins.
Possibly the most exciting part besides picking out a pumpkin was climbing on the hay bales.
Logan loved wearing his vest!
Can we talk of a minute about Logan’s eyes? They are dark blue with light blue swirls. His eyes have been this stunning blue color since he was born. I prayed and prayed that they wouldn’t change as he got older, and if anything they have gotten more beautiful.
Digging for worms! Not my thing but boy oh boy those kids were all about it!
And then it was time for the pumpkin patch. The hunt was on for the perfect pumpkin. Logan picked out about 5 different pumpkins before he found just the right one.
Here is the winner!
