I sometimes forget what a special job I have. It is hard to believe that I get to snuggle and love on sweet newborn babies on the regular. There anything more delicious than a sweet little newborn. The “ideal” newborn session is done with a very sleepy baby. But even when the newborn has no interest in sleeping it is still wonderful. I always say as long as their not screaming I don’t mind if they are sleeping or not.
Robert must have thought I was the most beautiful person ever, because all the wanted to to was stare into my eyes! We spent a lot of his session looking into each others eyes, snuggling and hanging out in front of the space heater. He is such a charming little man, and I can see little bits of his personality and how he will look as he grows up. Even though he didn’t spend a lot of time sleeping we had a wonderful session together. But I think his happiness had more to do with the space heater an his love for me!
Baby yawns get me every time!
