Sometimes people contact me about photography and I know instantly that it is going to be a wonderful experience. Hillary was exactly that kind of person. Her first email had me tearing up, and I couldn’t wait to meet her for her maternity pictures. When she first emailed me she thought that she was too late, she was almost 38 weeks. But we got lucky and I had a few free days where we got her right in.
Hillary and her Husband, Mick, were as happy and friendly as I had imagined. Their love story is so sweet. They had known each other forever, and then fate stepped in and they fell in love. 2013 was an extremely hard year, both of their Mother’s passed away. Their struggles have really brought them together and strengthened them. This sweet baby is such a blessing for them, and she will make 2014 a wonderful year.
These pictures are my favorite sequence of a couple I have ever taken before.
The sun was incredible for just a few moments, and then snap, it was gone. Luckily we got some incredible pictures before it disappeared.

When I said goodbye to Hillary and Mick I told her she could now feel free to go into labor, since her pictures were done-Ha Ha.
So now we wait….. I can’t wait to meet the little Princess!
