When we were in Utah at the beginning of the month we went to the Ogden LDS Temple Open House. It was a hot August day and we had missed lunch. We were all getting a little grouchy by the time we were headed back to our car. As we were crossing the street we was a shaved ice place. We decided to stop and get ourselves a little treat to help us cool down. As we entered the shaved ice place to my shock and amazement there was a sign for Dole Whips!
Have you ever had a Dole Whip? If not you are truly missing out on something amazing! Dole Whips are a magical pineapple type soft serve that usually only exist in Hawaii and Disneyland. I have been lucky enough to have Dole Whips in both Hawaii and Disneyland, but I don’t make it back to those places very often. So I was over the moon excited when I saw a Dole Whip in Ogden Utah of all places. We ordered a Dole Whip and shaved ice and sat down to have a little piece of heaven!

And after we finished the shaved ice and Dole Whip we went back and got one more Dole Whip. We all needed just a little bit more to make it to the next time we find one!
