Tulip time is my favorite time of year in Seattle. I love tulips! The beautiful vibrant tulips look like stunning blankets covering the valley. It is an amazing experience to walk through the fields filled this millions of blossoms. It really never gets old for me. I got just as excited this year as I did the first time we went.
While we were up at the tulips this year we met up with our good friends the Quinton’s. And you know me, I’m always up for a photo-op, and I couldn’t resist taking their pictures. Carsten is from Mount Vernon, but had never really been to the tulip festival. Can you believe it? Sometimes it’s hard to embrace touristy activities in your home town. But the Quinton’s are moving to Texas in June, so better late than never! Welcome to the tulips Quinton family!
